Malaysian Grand Prix 2010, Sepang - Race 3/19

Good to see the Hamilton brigade out in force giving their predictions for what they want to happen, not think will happen. Excellent stuff.

I'm in no brigade, It makes sense. Hamilton has shown himself to be pretty fast in changeable conditions and will be focused and extra determined after the last race, he tends to bounce back with a bang.

I'd rather Button or Alonso won so it's not what I hope will happen but what I think will happen.

im really looking forward to this race, i think hamilton has a point to prove now that button has won the first race for the team plus the fealing of driving one of the best races of his carear and getting shunted off he will be like nathane said 'ready to explode'.

I don't remember the last time I heard this sort of honesty in F1!!

And Wirth says Virgin are also suffering with a fuel pick-up problem, which means the cars are carrying more fuel in qualifying which makes them heavier than their rivals.
"We've got problem after problem," added Wirth. "We're a new team, well, not so much a new team, but a new manufacturer to F1.
"It's us. It's not a team issue, it's us. We are not doing a very good job at the moment, particularly in qualifying, of picking up all the fuel."

Was just forwarded this from an F1 team member. With the following quote:
" The sky above us here in Sepang...I've got a shower cap..."

To be honest, the weather forecast for every day in Malaysia is thunderstorms and showers, as you are pretty much guaranteed at least one a day! It just depends whether it is a short sharp shower, which is normal for the evenings there, or a prolonged spell of hardcore tropical rain!

I predict Lewis for race win. He's like shaken bottle of coke ready to EXPLODE

+1

After seeing the drive that Hamilton put in at Melbourne, i think he has a good chance at Sepang, would definatly like to see some rain again this year, just hopw that they can keep the cars on the road this time :D

That's fair enough, I respect that. I was in a right huff last night so please take that with a pinch of salt :)

Well, it should help them with rear visibility, and will make things safer. So I guess it is entirely possible :D

With a rainy race, could Schumi be a dark horse ;)

I don't know to be honest, the car's just not quick enough as yet. Yes he's good in the wet but there's wet and then there's Malaysia wet!
