yep, HRT comfortably within the 107% which is surprising, what's not is a 1s gap between Liuzzi who is at least 'ok' and Karthikeyan... :p

Too early to suggest a Hamilton pole?

Ferrari worried enough to send their drivers out in Q1 on soft tyres? Wow.

They have that little confidence in the car?

*edit*

Onboard lap with the one of the Red Bulls please?

In the build up they said Ferraris publically said they WON'T get ahead of 6th/7th position and thats best case for them. They are basically the soft tyre behind Mclarens, which is 1-1.2seconds a lap, they are well off the pace.

Though the question being, 1.36.744 lap for Massa + 1.2seconds would be actually yes, right on Webber in 15th so that would have been risky.

Webber seemed well down aswell.

THough I'm not sure, did Hamilton do that faster lap on softs or hards, had to go feed the cats so didn't see those faster laps go in.

Hard tyres.

Nice, thats impressive then, they are just saying there was no issue with Webbers car, he just blew, Vettel was fairly slow anyway. If some of those guys only gain 1.2seconds on soft tyres, Mclaren might be able to just go hard tyres in Q2 aswell, Ferrari's aren't getting much faster, Red Bulls were way down in hards but could just work much better in softs but thats only 2 cars. The pace Hamilton showed, not sure many people would catch him even with the softs.

But then does it matter, soft tyres might just suck balls in the race and more slower hard tyre stints might be the better race strategy.

Urgh fell back asleep when they were out of sync and found my self awake 10 mins left in Q1, miss anything good?

Im impressed Lotus are 2s ahead of Virgin which really shows Brandson put his eggs in the wrong F1 basket...

Bit annoyed Williams looked like having a decent car in testing and havn't gotten it together yet

Wow, Button but on softs going faster than Vettel, sure Red bulls could be sand bagging but it still looks good early on, especially with Button almost always being the slower Mclaren.

MAsterdog, assuming Hamilton did it on hards as thats in line with Q1 with a slight improvement.

Red bull not using kers?, or has mclaren improved. I'm assuming they now have all the proper aero around the simplified exhaust rather than thrown together titanium. Suppose we will see in q3
