Malaysian Grand Prix 2013, Kuala Lumpur - Race 2/19

Currently tanking it down in KL, as per usual.

If this happens again on Sunday we'll be seeing the Marquees return :D

But is that for race/fp time?
You can't just look at normall weather forecast. As it will rain over there. However that doesn't mean it'll actually rain durying the race/practice times.
Yeah, that was for ~4PM local time according to the BBC weather site for Kuala Lumpur

Still early in the week for this, but BBC predicting:

Fri: Rain / thunder storms
Sat: Rain / slightly less thunder storms
Sun: Rain / thunder storms

Hope the red flag man is warming up.

isn't that the usual Malaysia forecast because the weather is so unpredictable ?

With that much rain predicted the red flag man could end up looking like this

Why don't the organisers start the race at 1PM (local time)?
This way, even if the race is delayed by upto 4 hours, at some point, we get to see a 2 hour race, before 7PM.

By starting the race at 4PM, they are encouraging an incomplete race.

Race duration is hard capped at four hours including red flag periods.
