The whole thing is odd and I just don't fall for it anymore. Sudden balance issues etc. and then quali and race they will suddenly come alive. All part of the show these days to make the WDC seem more exciting.
Not sure. They've already spoke about the difficulty in setting up the car, and had less running due to FP1 being rained-off, so my assumption is they're still tinkering with setup whereas Ferrari and RB have nailed a solid setup.

Watch now as Hamilton sticks it on pole! :D

Never mid the car damage, it is scandalous that the track is in that condition. How many times have we seen that this year - Button at Monaco and at least one other occasion too. It is a huge risk for the drivers, either from damage to the car or direct impact to themselves. All the prevarication about halo and the safety concerns just pales into comparison if the circuit is incapable of welding down several kilos of cast iron.

If there's any scope to fine the circuit or penalise the owners, then it should be explored to the fullest possible extent.

I said it 2 weeks ago. Championship order, something happens behind the scene.
Poor Championship - can't even allow racing in the wet. What the is so wrong with this world lately? :(

What were they discussing this time about?

Button at Monaco was last year http://www.skysports.com/f1/news/12...its-dislodged-drain-cover-during-monaco-gp-p1 What would be the point of penalising their last race?

Merc haven't tried to hide their potential this year. When they have genuinely struggled in practice they have genuinely struggled in races. Ferrari however are a different story, last race was a perfect example.

Can be that Ferrari were caught with some breaking the rules, and so, were punished and ordered to collapse in the previous races.
This race looks very strange if Mercedes are also joining and punished for something.

I'd like to discuss the wet racing.
Standing water can be avoided on the tracks, just need the surface to be not perfectly flat but slightly tilted sideways (with the central line having the highest elevation), and the water will naturally tend to run away as quickly as physically possible.

I seem to remember them racing in the wet last race out, they even had a standing start instead of using the safety car.

Hmm Vettel stil having problems it seems.

And learn when to shut up Brundle! Talking over the radio message then asking what he said - seriously?!
