Because none of them did anything at first team level, Rossi seems to have real natural flair and talent.

Rossi's record is one of the best in Man Utd reserve team history for games to goal ratio I believe.

I believe he's 4 goals in 7 games now too in the first team.
Something like that.

Apparantly AC Milan rejected an approach for Vogel who they got on a free last year, but has hardly played.

I'd have been reasonably happy with that. Surely we have to go after Gravesen now. It was said earlier we hadn't approached him, but he never ruled out the move. £3 million would be enough and I'd happily pay that. Come on Fergie get your arse in gear.

Deadline is Tuesday at 6pm iirc. Plenty of time for a European transfer.

I don't think we'll sign anyone, Ferguson has admitted that he considered playing Rooney in central midfield and then quickly dismissed the idea. To be honest I don't think it's a bad idea, there have been quite a few games where he plays quite deep anyway, in similar positions to Scholes. But we'd still need a ball winner in the centre on the park to really boost our midfield. Ferguson has left it too late and I'd be very surprised now if we got anyone at all.

Either on loan or on a permant deal.

no-one wants to come because we are on a downer at the moment (have been for years). btw healey was always good, ireland top scorer before he left us i believe, or not long after...

we have a weak team and play lots of weak players when we can ill afford to...

rossi will not be the next ronaldo, ronaldinho, kaka, henry.

i put money on it.

and if he isnt going to be the next big thing, then we shouldnt even be wasting our time.
