It is a big achievement .. for Tottenham.
But we are comparing them to the rest of the league. If tottenham were the only ones in it then yes. Harry would win.
They have spent a lot of money to achieve their goal. I dont think they have done anything special its just the other teams around and above have had a rubbish year. Which makes them look better.
If they got through to the final of the FA Cup as well then maybe but to spend big and finish 4th isnt worth manager of the year.
Hodgson should win it for what he has produced so far this season if its about the premiership managers and not what they have done in the league.
