Marriage

Surely you aren't basing your opinion on people on a forum, even that not of your own. Either you want to be with her forever or you don't. It is your decision and yours only.

If you want to get married then get married and dont listen what anyone has to say. What i will say is tho that marrage does not equal commitment anymore than living with a long term partner. If you can afford to get married then go for it, if not then is it really worth the expense and the possability of going thousands of pounds into debt ? Lets face it getting married aint cheap.

Getting married is as cheap as you want it to be.

I don't understand why anyone would be stupid enough to get into debt for a wedding. It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

My wedding cost a mere £2,500 and was largely paid for by my wife and myself - in cash. My in-laws contributed about £1,000.

Should I do it or not, the missus is sending out all the signals that me and her need to commit.

Let the forum decide.

omg !!!

i cant believe your asking a complete bunch of stranger's on how your life is to be planned.

you need to ask your mum more than these people.

If you cant imagine life without her, and can imagine growing old with her then do it. Not because shes on at you. I wouldnt want anyone to marry me because I talked them into it, or thought that because we'd been together long enough, so we "should."
