After a quick google found these codes - No idea what they did but they all redeemed ok..

Mine's JJWhit if you want to find me in game, near as I can tell for this shared quest malarky you can be doing totally different things and it'll count towards your progress so feel free to hit me up if I'm online even if it's just to milk the shared system for dem precious odin marks.

You have to be in the same zone to share quest credit. However, you can split up and clear packs simultaneously while other people nearby join in for the tags.

If you're geared for it and have friends, clear henchmen in Cosmics. You'll get Bounty Hunter chests and an increased chance for the rare boss-specific drops like Black Tom's Shillelagh, White Suit Jacket and Hand of Doom. Fisk Tower and Church of Purification have the highest mob density, Sinister Lab has the easiest mobs to kill.
 
It might be intended to be like that but I'm not convinced it's working right, it keeps giving me credit for things teammates are doing in other areas. I never touched terminals yesterday but still got credit when my little impromptu midtown team went their separate ways without leaving the team.
 
Nah, read that on the forums and tried it, still nothing, they're all out of keys.

Bit annoying when you look at the official forums and there's guys posting lists of them because they'd been hoarding and then realised it would only let them redeem one. (and I already tried those keys, already redeemed to their hilts)

Was your inventory full?

A bit of advice for people who are a little short on stash space and want to spend minimum gold: buy Wolverine's personal tab even if you don't own him. The reason for this is because you can store insignias in the tab of any hero who can use them, and Wolverine is flagged for everyone except Guardians and Thunderbolts. You can use any remaining space for Rings, Any Hero Uniques and (IIRC) Artifacts.
 
Also, even if you haven't bought a team-up hero yet, you still get free inventory for team ups on that tab ;)

I have two accounts as I started a new one when I decided to start playing the game again after a large break. I applied the code to the old account I never use by mistake...... Herp derp :(:p
 
ive downloaded this last night to have a go.

i only played 2 minutes before bed.do u play through a 'tutorial' at first or am i straight in the full game?

You basically start in the story and complete a small instance 'The Raft' then end up at Stark tower.

It's probably best to follow the story and level up a bit, you can always go back to Stark tower at any time where you can break up the questing with some instance gameplay.

There are a number of instances and challenges that unlock as you level up, but the only one iirc available from level 1 is Midtown Patrol which is great for learning your class, leveling and loot.
 
I've got Ms Marvel to 31 now with just the Asgard stuff to clear. Was doing midtown madness on Marvel last night and it is blinking hectic since the update. None stop chaos, which is rather enjoyable! :D

SHIELD Holo-Sim and X-Defence are both also available at level 1. Use whichever one is the daily Shared Quest to get to 20, where Legendary Quests open up.

It's important to do the story through to Doctor Doom once, though, to get the 200 free Eternity Splinters that will let you buy your second hero. (If you don't like your first hero enough to get that far, create a new account.)
 
i was just going to ask, do you ever unlock any heroes or are they all bought now?

ive got 104 splinters.

got a lot of saving to get iron man :/

They used to drop as loot ingame but that was changed and you have to save splinters or buy them for cash. You can take a gamble and grab a random hero box for 175 splinters but you never know who your going to get. If you really want a specific hero they only cost between £4-10 approx using ingame currency or from the webstore.

Silver Surfer will cost 400 splinters :p
