Marvel Studios Loki

And the ending, so he who remains is out of the picture permanently?
Sylvie still killed him

He expected Loki would conclude the only way to save everything, would be for Sylvie to die before she was able to kill He who remains and so in effect he would be resurrected ('see you soon')

But Loki 'changed the equation' and self sacrificed himself (sort of, still alive) to allow a different outcome where the sacred timeline and branched timelines could all survive

I think we will see Tom Hiddleston as Loki once more.

For Avengers: The Kang Dynasty to happen, Loki presumably needs to die as he's now in control of time. Best guess is Ravona Renslayer kills him given she is already stranded at the End of Time.

Best episode of the series is last one. In general i enjoyed the first series more as a whole but i would say the whole of SP6 was excellent.

Would like to see more loki really as he brought a lot to the character.

If Loki dies, every timeline will die. He's the tree of life now.

Season 2 definitely dragged. I thought we'd see some brutal Kang variants but got a stuttering one instead.

And the ending, so he who remains is out of the picture permanently? They were building up Mrs minutes and revona only for nothing to happen?
I assume you know what happened with the actor who played He Who Remains?

We aren't seeing Kang back on our screens for a while.

I would be happy if Loki had to just be there as the God of time and space and cant really get involved in normal stuff(Very similar to Oliver Queen becoming the Spectre in Arrow). It will be a missed opportunity to have a final reunion with Thor as their dynamic and Loki's story ark was probably my favourite thing in the MCU (Had very similar parallels to Gamora and Nebula).

I do think it was a good end to his character.

How can someone control an infinite amount of timelines.

I mean if it's infinite then the tree shouldn't exist because...simply it's infinite and yeah

Or is it just me ?

he hasnt been offically sacked?

No i dont think so, Jonathan Major's trial doesnt start until the end of November now and my understanding is Disney will see what the outcome is. That was what I last read unless they shifted their stance since.

This was someone that worked in Marvel saying

I was told by someone who works for Marvel, it was not the plan to make Kang the center of everything until they saw the dailies from Quantumania and after his performance in Loki, which was so strong they were like, 'This is it. This is our way forward'... They don’t usually hang this much on one person in the way that they did here. And that has put them in the bind. We do not know what they are going to do. I've heard conflicting stories about they are going to replace him, they’re not even considering replacing him etc. etc. But it’s just one more thing.

If they do replace it would be a real shame, aside from the troubles in his private life, he has shown to be a really good actor with a lot of potential.
