S2 is on, 2 episodes out so far with a new release daily it seems.

1st one was good, just about to start second ep.

Watched both and both very good.

I enjoyed the 1st one, some lol moments (Casino owner

) and it was very dark and gritty - loved the animation.

It's landing a bit flat for the first three so far and I feel there is too much emphasis on working in stale jokes, that just ain't funny. Loved the first season, so far this one is sub-par imho.

Thought episode 2 and 3 was good. Liked the Christmas/die hard themes. What makes a really good What if is upping the sakes and threats where there are cataclysmic repercussions. Hopefully there will be more to come. Come on bring back Marvel zombies again.

Ep 4 was a bit pants - stales jokes in every sentence, episode didn't work for me.

Ep 5 - enjoyed this and nice cliffhanger.

Very much enjoyed the Bladerunner-esque episode 1. Two was OK, a bit 'Thor saves the day!' again. Will watch some more tonight.

Ep 6 - meh. Animation was very good and it seems the series is weaving together for a big battle. But no Marvel characters and it seems mass murder is acceptable if it's against the invading forces - quite dark.

5,6,7 have been the best 3 so far imo.

A lot less characters voiced by their film counterparts this season, I think, which is disappointing. On the whole still enjoying it and I really like this 1 episode a day releases.

Same the Captain Carter been done to death and just doesn't work. Last few been good. Reminded me my favourite villain in the MCU is Hella. Love the arrogance and quick one liners. They need more of that rather the old rehashes. Higher stakes with higher repercussions imo.

I thought Hela came around quite quickly really.
