*** Mass Effect 3 ***

I'll wildly hazard a guess that when the chips are down and all seems lost, the Rachni queen will storm in with her army of millions and turn the tide.

I think this will happen. A short sequence during a big space battle where you are losing, if you saved the Queen a rachni ship saves you, if not maybe someone dies;)

looking forward to this game a lot. i never liked the look of the franchise at first, and watching a friend play the playstyle didnt really suit me. oh boy did that change in ME2, im really looking forward to the improve melee combat in me3

I plan on going for the ultimate paragon ending, helping/saving everyone possible.

Whenever I've tried to play games 'bad', or renegade in the case of ME, I just can't bring myself to follow it through, and just end up playing good.

I am going to play them all back to back I think and try to time it so that I finish 2 just as 3 comes out.

As above, I just can't play as renegade so will go for pretty much max paragon, though I will definitely let at least one character die at the end of 2 as I think the ending is much better that way(obviously not Mordin, Miranda or Tali though;)) It will probably be Jacob and maybe Jack.

PS I always found Tali the hardest one to keep alive at the end of 2

Why not go for 3 playthroughs? 1 paragon 1 renegade and 1 paragade, that wouldnt be excessive at all. :D

I've never done it with everyone surviving, it was supposed to be a suicide mission! I always have at least one character die.

That means one of three things, you didn't upgrade all ship system, your crew weren't all loyal or you picked the wrong people for certain tasks.

Details of how to keep everyone in the land of the living.

No I did it on purpose. Though for the first one or maybe two times it wasn't. The first time I did it I had a few die due to not upgrading the ship enough(didn't read up on it or anything), on the second I think I sent Tali back to escort the crew and she died, and the other (iirc) 2 time I have played it I purposely engineered it so that particular member would die;)

Better ending with a death or two:p

EDIT- on my second playthrough, i remember now, I failed Tali's loyalty quest, or at least didn't have the outcome that she wanted and I thought sending her back to the ship would save her:rolleyes:

Bioware are **** nowadays, but I don't think they would do that.

I had gone a bit lukewarm about ME tbh but now I am really starting to look forward to it again, though it is the only game in 2012 I am really bothered about(well maybe Diablo 3)

Don't know if anyone has posted this, but there is some good stuff in there, maybe a bit spoilery- http://gamerant.com/mass-effect-3-mars-screenshots-gameplay-robk-126280/

I always base my decisions on what I'd do personally so it's mostly paragon. I've only ever had Mordin die on me, that was on my first playthrough, I must have missed something but I don't know what. My last two saves nobody has died.
