Mass Effect Legendary edition (Remastered 1,2 & 3)

Well it's a lie that in space no one can hear me scream cause I've been shouting at my monitor!

I've turned off HDR for now

I did have some issues with this on Feros, forgot to tell you! I had to play with the settings so I could find a corridor that was hidden in the dark.

I've done ME1 now, on to ME2. Landing back at the citadel gave me ASMR!

Not sure what's going on with this, game was running great, then i get to a cutscene on Virmire & now I can't get more than 8FPS?!

Yeah that was literally what was happening to me! I couldn't see where I was going! I turned HDR back on after Feros and I didn't have that issue again luckily.

Literally just finished ME1 and I'll start ME2 tomorrow. This is the one I'm really excited to play as it's probably my favourite out of the 3.

I did really enjoy my playthrough though. Yeah the gameplay still felt a bit clunky, the Mako was still terrible, the voice acting is a bit hit or miss at times but my god do I love this franchise. I've played mostly the same as I have all the times I've played it, leaning more towards the renegade side when I felt like it. For the first time in all of my Mass Effect run throughs, Ashley finally stayed on Virmire.

Playing as an Adept meant I typically have Garrus and Wrex with me but for the later levels with all the Geth I swapped Garrus for Tali.

I'm looking forward to finding all my friends yet again. Especially Archangel and Legion

My issue posted up above resolved itself after a few minutes when I got to the next cutscene, however at the same time it also seemed to half my mouse sensitivity so I had to mess with the settings, really odd.

Lol ok. I’m sure it is a good game which it’s on the list to buy but I’m in no rush to buy it. It’s a single player RPG that I’ve already played through 2 or 3 times before, there’s no rush to play it.

Id rather spend the few days that we get in the U.K. that are warm away from the PC. :p

I think £10-12 for a remaster of each game and sorting out of some issues is well worth it and supporting the Dev's who did it then cheaping out with the excuse you've already bought it. The modders have done great work but it was far from simple to try and update it.

I think overpaying for a game that'll drop sharply in price because you think that extra amount you paid will benefit the developers is a stupid decision that's made by people who frequently purchase on impulse.

I bet you also bought your TV on day 1 rather than 6 months down the line when their knocked down half price.

If I could buy ME1 remastered seperately for £12 then I'd bite. I don't see the point of the following two games being remastered on PC as they work very well and mods can improve the graphics. ME1 at least has had some major gameplay improvements as part of the remaster.

Probably the same, but I'd more than likely just play the original anyway as - even though I don't really remember it, nor do I think it adds much - it'd bug me that I was missing DLC.

Then you'd have lost the bet. I think its good value at its current price, but then I'm a ME fan so I was always going to invest in something that was already well reviewed in its new status.
