Think there was a smaller explosion first, as you can see the aftermath in the twitter video above (make sure you can see that)

You can see a big plume of smoke before the explosion. People are dead, stow the conspiracy crap.

People were filming the aftermath of the initial blast. Supposedly a fireworks depot and you can see them going off in the one I posted and this angle too.

Authorities are saying it was a fireworks storage unit, or possibly boat, that exploded. You can see the flashes in the smoke before the blast.
