Masterchef: The Professionals

Great series this year. Any of those 3 finalists would have won previous season finals. Ash has most to benefit from being the absolute winner.
Although it would have been nice to know if he has won something other than a glass 'm'. :)

On the Australian one that finished this week the amateur chef won a 100 grand plus a scholarship/apprenticeship .

It was great to see Albert Roux as guest of honour at the Chef's dinner although it would have been nice to see Michel Roux stand with the three at the end.

Does anyone remember the bald head super cocky chef from last year who completely went to pieces in the Critics challenge? That was a classic.:D

As much as I would have liked Claire to win, I do think Ash deserved it. What a series though, I look forward to the amateur season.

This.

I really liked Claire, she was really imaginative and creative and also an amazing Chef considering her age.

I don't think she'll struggle at all to find work, in fact I'm pretty sure all three especially Claire and Ash will of had numerous job offers throughout the series when they were in the professional kitchens.

Ash, just what a guy. Start to finish was pretty much faultless. Never a late dish too :o

great great finish to a excellent competition this yr.

well done Ash, but how cute is claire. loved it.

Couldn't stand Ash. He came across like a total pillock. However, his food appeared sensational.

Agreed - I was hoping either Claire or Steve would win.

Eitherway all 3 will have edged their way forwards to better careers as a result. All of them are sensational chefs. :)

Ha, amazing how people's perceptions differ. Ash came across as a cool dude and an all round great guy imo.

Indeed - I mean I don't hate him or anything, but compared to the other two, I just liked him the least. :)

He is a very talented chef, and to me has come from a "harder" background to get to the level and where he is now. However, the other two just ticked the box for me.

We all know those 3 will make it in the long run anyway. :)

Ash was by far the best, but he was almost the most experienced and it was his to lose, but he has been so consistent with the high level of cooking.

I feel abit for Claire, as she really does have a lot of talent with some amazing skills and ideas, i suspect she will be snapped up by someone.

Steve was good, but wasn't even on the same playing field imo when compared to the other two.

I thought Claire's starter was the best looking dish of the lot, absolutely stunning. Ash's pudding looked a bit meh, but on the other hand I bet it tasted fantastic.

Really enjoyed the series.
