Matched betting - who's done it and who's good at it? (No Referrals)

Can you please tell me briefly, what is matched betting?

It's pretty much the only get rich quick scheme that has worked for me :p:D

On a serious note though, it's good fun and there are great communities behind the main sites. You should be able to make £500-£1000 profit from the sign up offers alone (just introduced my friend to it and they managed £340 weekend just gone and have loads more sign up offers to do).

There are 3 main sites that offer help, guides and support. Profit Accumulator is the one I use but it's more expensive than YesBets and Odds Monkey. Can't go wrong with either as they all have their pros and cons.

How did they make £340 in one weekend? It's took me nearly a month to make £150. Surely the only way to do this is to start with a big float and do all the offers at once. That takes several hundred pounds of deposits from your own bank account to kick-start the process.

Yeah I'm gonna go through all the new account offers but just can't see how this could be a real long-term thing unless these reloads come up frequent enough.

Looking at their sheet/stats, 42 bets including mugs with 12 companies (a mix of beginner and advanced sign ups) between October 28-November 1 :). One thing that helped was using accas for the free bets.

Apologies it was £321.37 to be exact.

Extra places, casino offers, football offers, accas, random offers from companies that aren't shown on MB forums (e.g. got a £300 cash bonus a while back for a £1,500 deposit ).

William Hill had enhanced odds on McGregor @ Evens at 5pm. Limited availability, though, so may not still be there. Good for an arb, though.

Otherwise, Coral and Boylesports have offers on. I've actually gone for the Betfair one you dismissed for a 64p qualifying loss

Been ages - not got much time and moved over to scalping/trading exchanges a bit more. Still playing around with it but I'm going to try and commit an hour a day to it next week with my own money and see how it goes.

Would it make sense for me to setup a paypal account, transfer money to that and then use that account as my matched betting account transfering money (winnings) to the primary account as and when? Is that possible? I don't particualy want loads of betting companies coming up on my bank statement each month haha! Would be nice to have a little extra each month.

Also, is it worth subscribing out for one of yesbets or PA?
