Matched betting - who's done it and who's good at it? (No Referrals)

Not done much Match betting for a while.. I done about 70% of the sports betting sign ups but then the site closed down (can't remember the name) what can I do about it now as if I was to sign up to another site it will tell me to do those offers again??

Just hide the offers you have already done. I started with Team Prof** as it was free. Then switched to the paid service for the odds matcher/forum/more offers etc. I just clicked on hide to the ones I have already done. I managed £877 last month as I was working from home for 2 weeks so was able to do more offers!

So are you still on TP or using another service? I will look at signing upto a new one and start doing some offers again.

Oh how I wish I had found this thread years ago! I have done a lot of the sign up offers now £1866 profit 3.5 months in. How much are people managing after all the sign ups?

Some of the bet clubs are a joke PP is ok 5x10 for 10. Sk-i is also ok as it can be done in one bet. Nov-ee bet does not seem worth it 10x10 for 10. Got to get 10 close matches in a week on prem games ideally.

I have had decent success with casino offers as well. Using Odds M as my source. Thought it best to hide the bookie name hence the strange spellings lol

What you make now is pennies from what you could make over 5 years ago from doing it. Even then i was told that was pennies compared to years before that!

Just a little bump - Skybet are offering £10 risk free on the 1.20 Cheltenham race today. Easy profit if you want to match it or if you let it run, you'll not lose anything.

Personally I'd be backing anything other than the favourite and hoping it wins, at least you'll get your £10 back at worst :)

Also - all existing Ladbrokes and Paddy Power customers get a £5 free bet just by logging in.

Think I need to cancel my PA sub, thought I would switch to casino offers but have done jack **** for a while now.

God I miss the days when I could rake in an easy >£1k from Cheltenham :(.

yeah - great days indeed....Was always a fun week.... Used to be an easy £50/75 a day in like 5 minutes work....

I had a dabble the beginning of this year. Tied up about 2k in cashflow and netted me about £180. Totally not worth the effort or risk of getting it wrong, lol.

Wow thats bad. Serves PA right though, they got greedy and kept ramping people in. The bookies were never going to tolerate that amount of people taking value. Soon enough the cut the offers right down.

Found the actual Spreadsheet:

Total Deposits 1135.00
Total Withdrawal 1264.65
Net 129.65

So 10% gain. I'm waiting for some QuidCo cashback to come through which would make it marginally better... but yeah. Definitely not for me with those returns!

Thats really poor compared to what it used to be. I missed the very early days as well where the offers were even more ridiculous than when i started. Sounded too good to be true!

Are they still charging £20 pm too? ort whatever it was?

Edit - Just looked and starts at £25 PM or £40 PM!!! for the casino offers too? They used to be included as standard. Jheez

I've a week off work next week, so tempted to see if an old time MB'r can find some new offers to get back into things.

I miss the 4/1 365 offer. I can still bet pennies.
Coral used to be good as well especially during Cheltenham.
Sky were always a bit stingy but got £42 out of their £50 offer.
William hill were great for horses.
Geoff Banks weren't bad.
There was some Oz bookie I won a 10/1 on that I started to sweat over a £50 bet, but I managed to get my money out.

I used to use RPoints and the MSE boards to find anything I missed, and had a small group of folk on Skype to discuss offers.

I even at one point found a means to arb between Betfair and betdaq even with 2% commission.

I also had no need to use an Arb service either.

I use OddsMonkey and pay £150 for the year so £12.5 a month.

It has a fair few casinos offers included although they also have a dedicated casino one.

I've been doing about £400 per month after all the easy signups. Still money to be had, just not as much as in the past apparently.

£400 per month tax-free is a pretty decent sum. Unless you are on mega-money then you wouldn't even be interested.

I use a monzo card for all transaction and have about £300-400 in smarkets at most. Barely any money is tied up then its all back and forth.

£400 a month? Are your accounts all still new and fresh, or are you signing up the cat and goldfish? Bookies don't tolerate bonus hunters for long these days.

I did this years ago, when information was cheaper and you didn't have to pay a monthly fee just to get some offers and arbs.

And yeah the gambling commission aren't fit for purpose, scams going on right under their noses, such as parent companies operating skins and denying customers bonuses despite advertising them to everyone. That was an old trick back in the day still being used now, good way of increasing customer base without giving them those expensive sign on free bets.

400 a month?! That must be casino wins. My casino record was awful. Never got anywhere near the expected RTP, lucky to break even. Just bad luck i guess.
