in theory if you have a VPN could you use your partners name in her parent's address for example?

just hypothetical of course

You could if all the required ID tallied up (bank account registered there, driving licence, utility bill etc).

I just verified my dafabet account with my passport and recent utility bill. The utility bill showed a different address to the one on my dafabet account as I've recently moved house. I told them this, and they were fine with it.

Some are probably more strict than others. SmartLive gaming had a dull and pointless phonecall with me to 'verifiy' my account.

Just got gubbed on Betbright... nothing I could really do avoid it.

Ton advantage of their sign up offer, main bet won. Placed the freebet, that also won. They gubbed me, didn't even have a chance to mug bet.

The gubbings seems to be so sudden and random with some people. So far I have only had one company restrict me on bonus offers (none of which I would even use), strangely I probably mugged the most with this company.

Prestige are doing a £750 bonus offer, no deposit required (unless you win and need to withdraw). You need to wager......wait for it.......£15,000! But if you do £25, £50 or £100 spins it doesn't take too long (you can use auto spin). Max winnings is £200, you have one hour to wager so not a bad offer if you win :).

Iesnare is a ‘reputation management’ system by a company called Iovation that stores a digital fingerprint of your current system in a database on their website. That fingerprint can then be accessed by all of their customers - ie online gaming websites - to track your online activity.

Essentially cookie tracking across gambling websites.

going along well but finding that I need to top up my betfair to cover the liability with the free bets.

Did sky bet today - £50 in, backed a horse at 2.25/laid on betfair @ 2.26.

Horse wins - so I have £112.50 in skybet account but betfair has gone down to around £100 now which means I'm needing to top up again another £50/£70 to cover the liability if I use my free bet (£50) @ odds around 5.0/6.0

I presume to start with this is normal ?? Once that free bet completes that's me £120 or so up for first 5 days. Taking my time.

A nice surprise for me, checked my e-mail and Coral offering me bet £15 and get a £15 free bet. I went to bet £15 on a horse at 2.1 and a second before I could do it, the odds went up to 2.2 and I layed it at the exchange for 2.12. 15p profit there and a £15 free bet :D

Plus I got another 365 bet in play offer for Monday

Edit: Made £13.15 :)

Can I just make an obvious suggestion please.

If you are doing loads of sign ups, it's well worth making a new email account solely for your bookmaker accounts. That was any good offers wont get lost within your normal emails.

Be very careful with the prestige casino thing - there is a lot of feedback at the moment saying that they are closing peoples accounts and keeping the deposit when they try to make a withdrawal. At the moment I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.
