about flexible dieting here's a typical day for me whilst on these macros:
200g Protein
150g Carbs
75g Fat
30g Fiber (usually hover around this without really aiming for it)
Broke the fast at around 1pm with this:
2 rashers of stout and molasses smoked bacon
1 slice of goats cheese
Sliced beef tomato
2 slices of multi seed oat loaf bread
Little gem lettuce
Also had a double chocolate chunk Quest bar
766 calories - 57g protein/71g carbs/36g fat/24g fiber
After a mooch round town I had this little snack:
250g Liberte 0% fat Greek yogurt
25g chocolate casein
15g PB2 chocolate powdered peanut butter
1 chocolate hobnob
391 calories - 49g protein/29g carbs/7g fat/5g fiber
Dinner just a short while ago:
200g lean minced beef
50g onion
93g of mixed olive ciabatta (sounds anal but I just cut a slab off and weighed it)
1 slice of goats cheese
180g smoked ham
100g spinach
100g cucumber
854 calories - 94g protein/53g carbs/30g fat/6g fiber
Total macros for the day (including 2 fish oils)
2029 calories
200g protein
153g carbs
75g fat
35g fiber
