See how far I can go before then going to singles. Bench 80*5 80*5 80*5 Grinder on the last set but got it. Barbell Row 75*5 75*5 75*5 These are more for grip tbh Chins BW*5 BW*5 BW*5 Felt ruined after this lot!

Bar*many 60*5 100*1 122.5*3 122.5*3 122.5*3 Video of the second set, not too bad I don't think. Much better controlled descent and given that Just realised my previous PB was 120kg Deads 60*a few 100*5 140*1 170*2 Ooofft, goal was 5 reps but the second one felt insanely heavy, third rep didn't wanna budge. Going to try again on Friday... OHP Bar*many 50*5 50*5 50*5 Very happy with these, did these after the deadlifts. Pull Ups BW*5 BW*5 BW*5 Feel like I've had a proper workout
