Transitioned to 3x3 this week to really squeeze the most out of things, I think 130kg is in the tank for sure.

Ooofft, goal was 5 reps but the second one felt insanely heavy, third rep didn't wanna budge.

Going to try again on Friday...

Thanks chaps, diet seems to be in a good place calorie wise, so my lifts are responding as they should :D

Just need to hit 140 Squat 100 Bench & 180 Deads...
