the above was not consistant, needed more volts for the ram to remain stable and was already too much.

will ram waterblocks help??

now running ram at 2440MHz with a bus of 101.7 with same timings

Samsung does not really need cooling. Scales upto 1.75v. Try lower Tras to 25 and 21 for more perf.

i'm on avexir's mate, only went upto 1.7v anyway to check temps of ram?

Your on Samsung then!!! They are samsung IC. I dont work in brand just what IC is on the chip.

RAM does not get hot like a cpu does with even 1.9v+ which I use for benching. It just errors if you give it too much volts. Teh Samsung IC scales upto 1.75 and to get faster speeds and timings it likes temps around two or three C.

tWR 12?????? tFAW 26 is the next tuning options. Can you dial down tRFC also say 196 or 181 or 148????

tried a few of the settings you have suggested, so far so good, any more bud i can try. These settings are stable with OCCT with large data set, IBT on max and cine bench. once i have my final settings then hoping to dial back some voltages.
currently on
vcore 1.4
dram 1.665
pll 1.55
SA 0.985
IO 1.23

also too note, my latency in Aida64 is 32.7ns

TRFC 128? 121? 114? 107??? Try these and test and test in that order.

This is about the best you can do 24/7.

Have dropped tREF to its next lowest setting which was 8319, which is also stable, and has improved scores, will try your above suggestions, thx bud

*edit* ahhh, maybe not, can run IBT on max but then randomly locks up on desktop, right gone back to 9360 and will try the above.

yep, can get the ram to run at about 2650MHz but not with tight timings, so below is a screenshot of nice timings and just above stock freq. benchmarks are better for me like this. can push more but this is for 24/7

@ 8Pack tried last recommendations and past OCCT once but PC froze so went back to 148, but upped the BclK a touch, happy with the results

just one thing dram volts, whats the max for 24/7????

Memtweakit does not work with my board, saved my above profile then loaded xmp, latency is up, read, write and copy are down quite a bit but superpi is quicker????

Mem Tweak it DRAM efficientcy score is bugged by Refresh interval.Raja who wrote it would tell you this. Your dimms are Samsung they slope up and level off trp 12-11 they wont like. What your describing is Hynix's favoured timings. Also with Samsung at high mhz its hard to drop TRFC. Hynix at 2600-2650 still do 96.
