Think it deletes itself after 10 days. You will, do a disk cleanup if you want to get rid of it.

Nope right click menu hasn't changed, but they have now implemented grouping of apps on the Start menu along with a few other things. They're also supposed to have enabled a few more security features by default such as Memory Integrity, although on my fresh install I had to enable this myself. They've also enabled Smart App Control, it's supposed to evaluate your app usage and then after a time switch itself on and be able to block unwanted apps. Smart App Control is also only available on a fresh install and if you turn it off you can't turn it back on without a reset.Anything worthwhile in this update? Have they fixed the right click on desktop menu? Or is it still awful?
I did a clean install of windows 11 recently but did not get latest version as I am only interested in a local account. My understandimg is if I upgraded now I can still keep local account. But in no rush to update right now as I can’t see anything special in this build.

You can apply a reg fix to get the classic right click menu back. I wouldn't be using Windows 11 without it.

I saw A list of things in an article I read some time ago, but thought maybe I missed something, hence I asked here.
A change log never changes once it's released.
Look in winrar settings for shell integration, works just fine if I enable it.Not that. Say you have winrar or some other application, typically right click brings it up and all its functions like extract or add etc. That is not available and you need to actually open the actual program and do it the long way.

Not sure what version of Win11 you have but the Pro version still allows you to sign in with a local account. Personally, I use a Microsoft Account and had no issue with it.Might just skip it for now as my install is fresh. Hopefully they will back down from their policy of not allowing local accounts. I know there are work arounds, but I can’t be asked with the ones I saw. I mean the easiest is to install from 2021 win 11 image and upgrade that I guess. But they should be giving us the choice.

Not sure what people at MS were thinking with the new menu. It is awful.
