Is it worth upgrading from w10 for gaming purposes only? Everywhere I read that w11 is slower in games
The majority of Pro's are still using Win 10. I tried Win 11 a year or so ago, and I didn't like it. Gaming was fine but I got odd issues with sound etc. Went back to 10 and it works perfectly so I won't bother upgrading unless I have to.Is it worth upgrading from w10 for gaming purposes only? This is a new one, went to get a coffee, came back and all my added icons had gone from taskbar
Because one of my pcs is too old for win 11 in keeping everything on 10
That will be a long time. Im guessing by that time everything might be browser/cloud based anywayWhat is happening is eventually you are forced to move over to new systems when software becomes that outdated things don't work correctly.
My PC didn't pass the Win11 check/test so I'll be on Win10 until I upgrade, which is likely long after support ends for 10!
Take it not the PC in your sig?My PC didn't pass the Win11 check/test so I'll be on Win10 until I upgrade, which is likely long after support ends for 10!
That exact PCTake it not the PC in your sig?
Strange, we have very similar spec and mine passed the check and am running W11 now. That exact PC
Words fail me, not only don't you know what sort of VM I'm using but even the worst VM wouldn't change any of the issues I've just highlighted.
Like the report I submitted to Microsoft for ungroup task bar options - back when it was still a beta....They just minor things what you fetched up. Install it and then file a report to Microsoft for changes.
Nope - it's just another half arsed, unfinished effort. You just been fussy.
