I had the same - if you've already installed the update, you then need to tick "Get the latest updates as soon as they're available" (assuming you have this unticked, then check for updates twice - you should then be offered the "Windows Configuration Update"
I tried it, then turned StartAllBack back on , between that and the lack of a small height option for the Taskbar it's still a no deal for me.Weird how they're different widths:

Not the solution. This doesn't work for me and looks like it doesn't for others either.
Yet I have Windows Configuration Update (KB5030509) and KB5030310 and rebooted a number of times along with toggling "Get updates as soon as they are available".
Nothing works despite all of this.
What features are you missing? As some like the Paint Layers option aren't available unless you are on the Dev channel, despite having both the update and configuration update installed
