Sounds like DOS 2021 ok I'll have a taskbar, and maybe settings, and might need right click, and one or two things lol.
No you are not allowed, all your getting is a screen with an icon for each thing you install.

You can put the Start menu back to the left hand side, at least in this release.Though, knowing Microsoft's fine wisdom, they will probably remove that ability.
I am also feeling a little cheesed off at the new system requirements which means that I have two machines which will either continue to run Windows 10 or just buy new machines for Windows 11.
Huh pipe down
My thoughts exactly, if it's just a less bloated win10 that runs better sign me up. Although I will make it look more like win10.
Corrected that for you !
Wow, you seem to be in a bit of mood today. Everything alright ?
Ahh I see, that's good ! Well, stop drinking all that sugar infused water or what it is you getting hyper form !
I don't always think that change for change's sake is a good thing.
Will this be free for Win10 users with a valid license?
What did it say?
What a rubbish crystal ball. I’d take it back if it can’t even see 4 days ahead.
If they do people will move systems to free ones I guarantee it.Will we have to pay for Windows 11 if we have Windows 10? I though Microsoft were looking to do a subscription type thing with their OS's in the future
has windows 11 gone retail? reason i ask is that i know of 1 business thats using it on 2 of their machines for production use.
thats what i thought. is it developer built they are using then? cant be stable for office use.?
imagine my surprise when i was told by staff that the it company has put win11 on 2 machines in an attempt to fix some issues with some sage payroll software.
and they still running it!!
You telling me man. I got the call today asking for where best to get 3 more office pcs from. I sent the links and i got a call back asking for windows 11 prebuilds. I was like wtf?? He said they got win11 on 2 or 3 machines . My jaw hit the floor. This is an accountancy too!!!
Save yourself 10 minutes, there was no difference between win 10 and win 11 on the hardware he tested.
Get ready for Windows 10 v2.
Even Wiki is primed and ready for Windows 11, it has a blank section waiting to be completed: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Windows#Windows_11
Is there anything at all exciting about this? I may tune in but it seems a waste of time from some initial reading.
