If it is I'll just get an old licence n upgrade. Got lots of 7 licences spare anyway from years ago.
Linux is free and looks better and probably works better... without telemetry.... You can bet there is more of that in Win11. Maybe it is now time to move to Linux
Windows 11 seems to be just a little bit more than a new skin on Windows 10. Nothing I've seen indicates any under-the-hood changes.
No timebomb on the leak
I would happily move to Ubuntu if I could get yuris revenge command and conquer working in it.
Funny how Microsoft never really learns from that.
What? Or is it super embarrassing to admit what it is (NSFW? Or worried someone will show it can work and embarass that way?). Not after embarrassment but puzzled why you wouldnt say what it was!
same can be said for win 10.
I bet it's more stable/reliable than Windows 8 RTM
Does anyone use any of the bundled apps like maps, alarm clock, groove music? I mean they seem better suited to phones.
Meh... it's W10 that's trying to be more Mac like.
i have it running on all my machines i am impressed with it.
We actually expecting a release on the 24th?
I was thinking it would be unveiled on the 24th and would be aviaable at a later date. Most likely Oct.
Are mods not arsed today? Seems they are either overzealous or non existent.
What do the content creators, classic desktop users, gamers get from this?
Nothing!
Personally I just want it to be very lightweight with great performance, it's mainly just a launcher for the other software
