Back from the pub now, how are we doing with "garnett"? I recall him once saying he didn't do pubs, I guess face to face questions are not his forte. His visit from the left wing / liberal enclave of Speaker's Corner (IMHO) suggests he is hoping to quell any talk of anti migrant agendas. It's a waste of time, the rise of nationalism across the EU surpasses even my best hopes, he comes too late 
Even his self given intellectual aggrandisement is impotent against what citizens are seeing landing across their borders and on their shores, there's some serious trouble ahead for the Bloc, too long have they tried to make this economic and criminal migration sound like a nothing. Forget "Brexit", it's incidental, the real trouble for the EU lies outside its near none existent borders and it has proven totally incapable or unwilling to address it. Even sooner than I could have wished for the political aims of the European "Union" will be quashed by this unprecedented invasion. No wonder Juncker is staggering around.

I can practically hear the collective groan from around the bar when they see you walking up. It's all too easy to tell exactly what sort of pubgoer you must be. It is funny - when you're at you're most candid you seem like the target readership of the Daily Mail from the 70 years ago - "Hurrah, the Blackshirts", eh? You appear happy to serve as an example of what happens when, for decades, somebody is served that daily dose of hate that the editor of Daily Mail said was their goal each day.

I also tend to find in Shropshire that pub goers, once loosened up a bit, tend to be in total agreement with me and one another over migration and immigration, which given the voting pattern in north Shropshire and the result of the EU referendum is hardly surprising, so we tend to rub along very amicably rather than groan at one another.

They're not in need, they're simply trying to steal something that is better than what they already have.
That's pretty much what I was getting at. If I was in need of help from another country (or even from another person) the last thing I would do would be acts of a criminal nature.

I wonder where all the aid goes that we give these countries to improve the lives of people so they won't try to get to europe?
Over breeding, there isn't enough aid to cover them all. It's only going to get worse, the more they populate the more problems they have and the more they want what we have.

Genuine LOL moment with that last comment! True though, why have kids if they don't have the means to support them. Have they just gotten into the mindset that they have the means to support their growing family because of foreign aid. I also think there needs to be further scrutiny with where the money goes from the charities, taking Camila Batmanghelidjh and the children's charity as an example.

It's a cultural thing. Morality is sky high in Africa, so they have as many kids as possible to ensure that a good amount survives into adulthood.
Problem is, this is terrible when you reach a first world country where the kids won't die because then you just get overbreeding and an eventual demographic shift, and it will take a few generations before that attitude changes (with the numbers coming in, that is already way too late).

People really need to understand this.
What we've witnessed in recent years isn't a migrant crisis or refugee crisis, it's the 3rd world helping itself to the 1st world. With modern tech the news spread within days that if you gather enough people together Europe effectively has no borders and you can stroll right in. Not only that, but Europe is so damn soft that once you’re in you can wander around the continent and go benefits shopping, all while acting like a total ungrateful **** and they’ll still be mug Europeans trying to help you while you spit in their faces!
Try that **** with a sensible country like China and see how far you get.
Yup, the migrant "crisis" we currently have could well be a drop in the water compared with what things could become in future. These days people are better connected, more easily able to travel etc.. and they only need to get across a small stretch of sea in a cheap inflatable boat (or even just get themselves over a fence) and they're into EU territory.

Western leaders are reluctant to make unpalatable decisions for fear of being slated by the progressive media, so instead they try to manage the situation until it’s on their successor’s watch. The migrant crisis is a prime example. The EU wasn’t prepared to take the slightly unpalatable decision of turning away a few thousand people at the border, so it’s now snowballed into the even more unpalatable decision to track down, round-up, and deport a few hundred thousand people dispersed all across Europe. And they still won’t take action as they know that the cameras will be there to record black and brown (and therefore innocent and virtuous in the eyes of the progressives) people kicking and screaming as they’re forcibly removed.
