How do you see the list of players in the server? Is it TAB or something?

Depending on the server mod running it's something like /listplayers. If you type /help it will give you a list of commands.

To the person who wishes the map they started at work was also the map they used at home you can move the save file to your home PC, but I forget whereabouts the save is located.

Graphics are not everything. Crysis shows that having amazing graphics doesn't make up for the lack of decent gameplay, and that games with lower quality graphics (such as minecraft, counter-strike and even to some people games like nethack) can be more popular because the gameplay is simply better.

Obviously some people like shiny things, but most gamers like a game that is fun to play, regardless of looks.

I enjoyed bits of Crysis. Saying that I also enjoy(ed) Minecraft and Dwarf Fortress.

We all enjoy good graphics, but having good gfx doesn't mean great game, and having basic gfx doesn't mean horrible game.

Graphics are the icing on the cake. So it's a shame when some people ask "how good is this game" and what they really mean "how good are the graphics?"

But then AMD and nV have got to sell hardware somehow. Hyping the graphics on modern games is just good business.

Server is full apparently. Also did someone **** up my house and the lava/sand we had outside it? I'd even built a nice little path for myself and sam. Gotta find who the griefer is and ban him.

Nice looking texture pack, but after I put all the files into the java archive file like it said to do my game becomes unplayable, my FPS drops to around 2.
