Mini keyring-sized digital camera/camcorder

I have one of these, bought before i saw this thread - uncanny !

I bought mine to use at trackdays and around the ring where they dont allow recording ;)

I got a 4gb mem card with SD adaptor from the bottom smacking supermarche for £11 for impatient types like me !!!

I like the KA vid, engine sounds even more tappety than my Pumas engine ;)

Yey my micro SD 4gb card has turned up, that was quick! Now the long wait for the camera begins..

Can you use these Micro SD cards as a normal SD card with the SD adaptor?

What the hell is that tapping noise towards the end? Or were you stroking it lmao.

Not sure might of been brushing against my coat. I definately wasn't stroking it. :p

Its a 2002 reg heading for 90k miles, in this video that I've done today most of the noise is wind. :o

Yeah it works fine.

Indeed! Half my post count is this thread i think :D

13.94% ;)

Ordered one a couple of days ago, still no idea for any uses. Could leave attached to some luggage before checking in at the airport and see where it really goes, as long as the camera doesn't get crushed or stolen.

The quality on this one is nowhere near as good as the original version, but the time stamp remover works pretty well. Also tried using tape over the mic to reduce wind noise and it works to an extent.

Problem I'm having is if I encode it in VirtualDub using x264 or H264 (which saves the file as an AVI) then upload it to youtube it says Failed.
If I encode it with Any Video Converter using x264 (which saves the file as an MP4) then upload it it works fine but the quality isn't as good. :(

EDIT : Bonus clip, almost got some road kill on cam on the way back home. :p

2 Chickens come into shot when the video pauses on the right side

The car coming the opposite direction had to stop completely. :D

You should try mounting it on a baseball hat and drive with it like that, drivers eye view :)

Here's a quick vid I took earlier. Yes, it's another car vid :o

Encoded and uploaded by Cyberlink Power Director 8. Original quality was better, and certainly not as 'choppy', but I don't think that's too bad. I attached the cam to my rear view mirror.
