Mini keyring-sized digital camera/camcorder

Disconnected them and the orange light stays on, buttons do nothing, remove microSD card does not kick in auto off after 15 seconds. Orange lights are still on, reconnected them has done nothing,

mine's doing the same thing.

i desoldered the battery and soldered on a triple AA battery box for use with 1.2v NiMH's, but when i finally got round to getting some (had to remember to fetch them from Home) it was doing as described - only the reset button does anything, and it just turns it off.

i tried troubleshooting it for about an hour, gave up and threw it away :p
 
Sweeet, where can I get one of these now all the OP links are dead? I have read back abit but all this #3 and number #8 stuff is confusing me :(
 
Does anyone know of a reputable ebayer selling these? Gone through pages and all the links are dead now/expired items. Theres so many if I type into ebay :(

Sorry, I'm always abit weary from buying from Ebay anyway due to past experiences!

Seems pretty legit though so I'll go for it!
 
I've not used mine in months but during lunch today I was strolling around Hawkins Bazaar in Fareham and spotted a radio controlled helicopter for £30. It's one of the larger Eagle copters, aluminium frame etc and should be able to hold the keyring cam.

Will get some videos up soon :d

You'll find it vibrates far too much to get any usable video.
 
I've been using mine on holiday in Thailand, I've got the Walkera 4G3 with me and it works fine, some vibration but I will sort that out (need repairs). Its a pretty small helicopter.
 
I am actually looking forward to trying a keyring cam on my ST Discovery RC Plane, here is the exact same plane using the exact same keyring cam :)
