LOL what, not even the same class of car, a good 10 years older and doubtful he would be able to fit his wife and kits into it!

Haha I know I was joking mate!![]()
Nice car op, out of interest what mpg do you get on those? My only experience of of Scoobs was I once went out as a passenger in my old boss's P1 Impreza. We were 4 up in the car and I still remember thinking it was neck rippingly quick in first and second. The 4WD just puts it all down. Amazing. So you guys all drive better looking cars with more usable power on tap do you?![]()

People aren't saying it's slow, just they don't like the looks which is fair enough.
Nice power increase. Not knowing these cars I am genuinely surprised they only have 225 bhp to start with. Thought it was more.
Dude.. you still haven't told me who is mapping it? Plus you need a fuel pump and injectors for the VF35 turbo. It's the same turbo I have.. you will also need an intercooler. Did you buy a decat uppipe as well as the downpipe, centre cat and back 2 sections? Even for the remap on the standard turbo you need a fuel pump ,walboro preferably. And with an upgraded intercooler (top mount anyways) you will need the bigger scoop and undertray etc.
I feel like you've missed a few vital things here..have you even had the car checked properly for the poor running or just decided yourself about the downpipe leak causing the problems? Sorry.. but I'm just a bit dubious!

What are the stock brakes like also?

to me it just don't add up, would a leaking downpipe cause such vast power losses,
