Exactly...quite possibly the foremost gametype of any game (TDM always spelled TeDiuM for me) and remember being in awe pushing forward with panzers on Foy :D
 
Foy was a map that took obvious love to create. It's a work of beauty.

I really can't see the fun in hacking, even god mode cheats in a normal game become boring after two seconds
 
Never mind the hacks, not that I see many tbh... but the 0x0000007E BSOD that only happens with this sodding game is getting rather irritating! It's either that or "IW4MP.exe has had a hissy fit and would like you to facepalm with your desk". *thud*
 
After 3 hours of gameplay, not seen a single hacker or anyone even close.

I guess it's down to luck though.

Still, MW2 with Dedicated Servers would be amazing.
 
Not seen any hacks ingame in a few hours worth of playing. But I've had plenty of annoyance.
Amazing gameplay, great graphics, nice variation in maps. All completely countered by the lack of dedicated servers. The novelty of all the new stuff hasn't worn off yet but I'll not be playing it in the long run I reckon!
 
Tbh, I can't remember any hackers in any shooters except a few once in some CoD4 servers that had no PB enabled. I think the problem is heavily exaggerated, I get called a hacker god knows how many times by people who rage when I kill them in a way in their eyes impossible :confused:. That's the reason I stopped playing CoD4, I am tired of all the stupid raging nerds who spammed the chat system calling everyone a cheater.

Then a few of those 98% useless people start moaning and spamming the chat ''cheater'' ''aimbot'' and a few other jump on the bandwagon and do the same.

Marathon + Commando perks, running around and stabbing people from distance normally makes people WTFHAX if you get in a good enough rhythm of doing it.

It's the ones that come looking for you when they have no uav and your out on the edge of a map having made no commotion, then you know there's something fishy about their too good to be true 'game sense'.
 
Yeah, I've lost count of the amount of times I've been called a hacker. It's very flattering but it's also insulting, I would never dream of hacking and think cheaters are big silly sausages!
I don't camp, I don't use akimbo, I don't use grenade launcher, I don't go for cheap kills. I play for fun and to test my skill. I'm not a sore winner and I'm gracious in defeat. Calling me a cheater is the exact opposite of what I am.
5 days and 7 hours I've played for (just checked) and 2 hackers I've seen.

not really lots of the time you get spotted just moving a little.

Or people notice there's nothing happening in that part of the map so more than likely going to be a few people spawning there/setting up camping spots.

Huh? I was standing still (not in the middle of nowhere, I was somewhere so I could be afk for a sec) and they came round a corner.
 
:/I ve seen laods of hackers in my time, thats why I don't like MP games anymore apart from CoH and sup com

only mode I play is co op as if you get a cheater it benfits you too :p

hackers can be undone, i was once playing CSS and someone was suing a speed hack, I still got the bogger
