Are the kerbs that Rosberg went over in his crash (which made him miss the barrier) missing?
Yup. The FIA removed them between FP3 and Q1. Good thing too, may have made that accident so much worse. Bit like Rubens in 1994 at Imola.
But when Rosberg hit them they pushed him away from that barrier

sure did, but both wheels stayed attach, so another rule working this year.
Not really, more like punted him into the air. Rosberb was also still trying to steer left - that probably helped more.
