Monaco Grand Prix 2011, Monte-Carlo - Race 6/19

Hey guys, sorry if this has already been asked but im not prepared to read through 6 page's of spill.

Ok, so hamilton hasn't set a time..........so dose this mean he can start on what ever tyre he likes?

if this is the case surly he wud go on the harder compound the go straight onto the softer of the two after a lap?

Pretty sure he'll be forced onto the one he set the time on, the pen is for cutting a bit of the track so he'll have to use the ones he did that on.

I still think Hamilton has every chance of getting on the podium if they get his strategy right and he has a good start.

Can't Sauber field a reserve driver? Or does a reserve drive have to complete some practice laps. Seem to recollect something along thse lines.

Has to compete in quali I think, might be fp3 but im pretty sure quali is the cut off point

Whats with all the willingness for Button to crash into Vettel?!
Surely either Webber or Alonso to do the job is a far more favourable outcome!

I'd quite like Jenson to take Vettell before T1 and then show the remainder of the field what his exhausts look like until the end of the race.

Just need someone to push him, Spain last weekend was a good race with Hamilton pushing him to the end. I dont even really like Hamilton but it was still good watching, just dont want to see Vettel run off in the distance and Button has the best shout of trying to get up in the inside and punting him off or something...

Would rather see him KERS round him up the hill into casino square for some good racing action as it should be good

Alonso for win. Don't know what happened to him in qualifying, but he'll sure be driving beyond the car in the race. I hope there are safety car incidents, as that always throws things up in the air and makes it more interesting

Don't understand this place at all...
People say they want racing and someone to challenge vettel, then they say they want Button to crash into him. He has been WDC and he's in a good car, please don't collide, would rob us of an interesting race potentially.
Is it really just sour grapes? Racing means nothing when the driver we follow isn't up front?

God, Hamilton is a child. One that can drive quickly, but a petulant child. Surprised he hasn't blamed anyone else for missing the chicane yet.

Your are obviously quite dense if you think Lewis is whinging. Non of what happened in Q3 was Lewis's fault. Any idiot can work that out for themselves. It WASN'T his call to stay in the pits, it WASN'T his fault Massa ruined his first flying lap, and it WASN'T his fault Perez crashed out. It sounds like a bunch of tales, but thats the cold hard truth of what happened. So, I think he has every right to be pointing the finger elsewhere. He was quickest in Q1 and Q2, and he would have been extremely close to Vettel in Q3. He knows that, and everyone else knows that, even Fernando Alonso said so.
