possibly, Vettel was quite a bit faster to the end of sector 2 then lost a stupid amount of time in the final few corners and the straight. I'm guessing Vettel is maybe not harvesting enough power, maybe he's using the power up by sector three so is way down on power in the final sector as he lost something like a second in the final sector which is ridiculous for the length of that sector.

just not fast enough, he didn't really have a FP3 so even I won't bash him too much. Mag doing well but it's hard to tell really where that Mclaren should be.

Sounds like Vettel's kers issue is intermittent which is what I thought. Couldn't be fast as he was for two sectors in Q2 without any kers, but then soooo slow in sector 3. Considering the time he had in Q2 if he can get a full lap with kers working he might be in with a shot.
This isn't really Hamilton's track and it is Rosberg's, so Rosberg will probably be stupendously peeved if he doesn't get pole and Hamilton probably won't care about being second, he won't love it but if you can get this close on your least best track you're doing very very well.
