Monitor Calibration - Try before you buy!

I know this isn't meant for multi-monitor set up, but I will also use ColorEyes which seems to allow separate ICC profiles for each display.

My question is, I clone my display to my plasma for watching movies. Would the ICC profile be cloned as well?

I'm concerned that a calibrated LCD will make movies look bad on my plasma, and the Spyder can't be used on the plasma.

I, foolishly, sold mine a while ago and now need to calibrate again.. Is this still going? If so can I be added to the list please? :-)
