Yeah, saw the footage at the beginning of the qualifying on eurosport, damn that was a quick crash.
And they showed a picture of him in the gravel trap, could see the ankle/foot at a very odd angle, not nice (but then not as bad as the Camier/Cadwell footage :s)
Anyway, they mentioned he's been airlifted to Florence and he is/was in surgery already so good news.
Also mentioned that he was waiting for the end of the season to have an operation on his shoulder, so looks like that'll come now so when he does get back he'll actually be back to full fitness and ready to win another world championship or three
