Richie Webb of RJ Volks Performance, Ran a 8 again this weekend. He is the first in the UK to do an 8 in a floor panned flat 4. He actually achieved it a few weeks ago, but now its backed up with more in the car to come, the head wind was also very substantial this weekend too :)
 
Damn I need a V12 car so bad.

Lamborghini just released a software update for the Aventador to keep the exhaust valve open at low revs, its mental.

30k for a golf? AMG A45 for a few grand more or a focus RS MK2 and 10 grand change tbh.

i know VW will have its loyal brand followers but that is serious money for a car that has arguably outgrown its class. is it just me or are hot hatches getting a bit expensive and outgrowing the ethos of their original intention?

I genuinely cant get my head around those figures.
watched that video last night and then followed it up with some lackluster internet research today. it seems fairly startling that anyone would bother owning a modified or classic car with such unreasonable restrictions put in place on the motorist. very much an eye opener.

you know its bad when an S2000 owner says that motoring costs in the UK arent that bad :D
