The rumours going around are that Honda have offered big bucks to lure Hamilton\Alonso\Vettel to Mclaren.
I can't see Vettel jumping ship so soon. It's only 1 bad year after 5 good ones, and Renault are rumoured to be getting on top of their engine problems for next year.

I can see Alonso going back to McLaren though. He's getting vocal about how much Ferrari have been letting him down.

In other news: Azerbaijan to host a race from 2016: http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/115126

The Baku race will take place on a new street circuit that is being designed by Hermann Tilke, with the pits and start/finish straight being based around its iconic Azadliq Square.

Did the FIA learn nothing from Valencia/Korea

The Azadliq Square isn't near the existing street circuit used for GT racing, so it looks like the track might be a whole new design.

Meh, few years of 12 people turning up to watch and it will be dropped.

Spa 24h Race is now on, and providing some impressive accidents.

As far as I'm aware, everyone is ok.

Best to watch them in a new window so you can see them in lovely HD.

Oh Jesus. Two car crash, one driver visibly slumped in the remains of one of them :(

*edit*

No replays, and director cutting away from scene when the safety car goes passed. This is not boding well.

Close to an hour under red flag now. Haven't seen/heard any news other than the driver of #111 Ferrari, Marcus Mahy, needed to be transported by air.

Apparently news from the media centre people on twitter.

Marcus Mahy in the #111 Ferrari was not responding when the safety team arrived.

Marcus Mahy's condition has been "stabilised" and he is being airlifted to the nearest hospital we are told in the media centre

Helicopter is only now leaving the crash site.

Drivers are back in the cars and the engines are running. Safety car is due to start leading the cars round again at any time now.

Ok, this is a rumour going around the press area... Mahy's HANS device was destroyed in the accident. If true, that's really serious.

Some horrible crashes there, is it me or does the standard of marshalling not seem very good? The safety car seemed very slow to deploy, marshalling looked chaotic and the cars coming up eau rouge didnt seem to slow down very much. All of those accidents looked serious enough for a red flag, endurance race or not...?
