2012 - Carmen was mediocre at best with 2 other women in the field.
2013 - The new car made her look even slower than the year before, gave her the benefit of the doubt when Will Buxton mentioned some ankle troubles.
2014 - Complete joke I'm afraid. I watched the 2nd race at Belgium in the drying conditions and she was 19 (yes, 19) seconds off the pace to the front runners in that race.
Thankfully she was replaced with a far superior and talented driver in Dean Stoneman who promptly dominated the Russian round with a 1st and 2nd in both races. I hope she's strictly limited to simulator work and nothing in the main car as I feel the cost of replacement parts is high enough with Maldonado in the team!
Jorda's been poor in pretty much anything she raced. Finished 2 laps down in her first Indy Lights start, and that was with multiple safety cars on a street circuit...
Strange how they've announced her as a development driver while the last test is going on, not leaving enough time to get her a Super licence, seat fitting etc.
I don't pay enough attention to the lower formulas but going by above she has no place in a racing car. Either she is bringing lots of sponsorship or has been hired as a pretty face.
