"I eat too much food. No point in cutting down as I will still need to eat again." See how dumb that sounds?

No because one is greenwashing something which has an horrendous impact on the environment, the other is idiotic nonsense, I’ll let you decide which is which.

When they say they will only use synthetic aviation fuels and zero emission trucks in their massive cargo operations, I’ll listen and take note.

That’s like Apple saying every year aren’t we great, we removed the charger to be green but we made a glass phone that if you break the back of, you’ll need to replace the whole thing as it can’t be fixed. Likewise, we made a laptop but you can’t replace the battery without also replacing the entire top case and keyboard but don’t worry we will recycle it and charge you for the privilege.

F1 isn't horrendous for the environment. It has a huge audience; considered across the number of people it entertains, it's equivalent to those people eating an extra hamburger, maybe two.

What if they eat hamburgers while watching?!

It's just posturing and fundamentally dishonest. Also who cares, they don't.

Go and find the big fish and pressure them, oh hang on how much money have they got?
Are they a market?

Environmentally f1 is irrelevant so stop virtue signaling.

I know Rallying isn't what it used to be (like pretty much all Motorsport) but for Loeb to come back at 48 and win his 80th WRC round must be surely something special.

He must be up there as one of the all time greats of any Motorsport.

Anyone know what happened to the full F1 Unfiltered radio from the safety car period at the end of Abu Dhabi? I posted that link in the thread but it's now only 30secs long? (Copied above for ref) It was previously about 5-6mins with every drivers confusion with their engineers etc?

IMSA app/website is streaming it for free in the uk too

Got that working eventually but it’s always a pain as my pihole blocks the pre-video ad by default which stops the video working (I have to bypass the pihole until I’ve got into the race stream) plus it’s more awkward to get a website stream on the TV. Was looking forward to a nice simple YouTube option.

same here, the Sky stream video has now gone private so no idea what’s gone wrong..
