If that's the case then I guess he's staying. I'd imagine he'd be let go as soon as the investigation was done if he was found "guilty", these few days are to get official statements ready etc.
I think he’s toast.

Not booked for the Thursday team principles press conference. A little unusual for the sitting champion.

Well obviously there's an ongoing investigation. The FIA are hardly going to want the first TP press conference taken over by allegation questions. It needs to be focused on the race. It does not infer that Horner has or hasn't got the chop. People reading too much into this.

According to posts on twitter the last 10yrs has seen champion principle int he press conference.
Seeing as been on the receiving end of some very unpleasant tittle tattle it's not surprising. However someone else from the team could have attended if needed but maybe there was a decision made by the FIA so as the conference was focused upon the race weekend.
Is every other TP at this conference?

Attendees:
Frédéric Vasseur (Ferrari)
Zak Brown (McLaren)
Toto Wolff (Mercedes)
Laurent Mekies (Racing Bulls)

Only a few of them I think.

Entirely likely they've elected not to have him there because it'll just end up a mess of people asking "CHRISTIAN, ARE YOU GETTING SACKED?", "CHRISTIAN, DID YOU SEND DIK PIKS LOL?", "CHRISTIAN, WILL YOU STILL BE WORKING AT RED BULL NEXT WEEK?" regardless of whether he is or isn't expected to stay and absolutely nothing about the race or the upcoming season will get asked at all.

Seems more than likely we'll know for sure tomorrow. I doubt the FIA actually have an answer we don't - if they did it would have been leaked by now.

Agreed. If anything, RB might have rejected the media request given the pending investigation. I’d rather the press conference focus on F1.

Honestly, not like we’ll get any useful info about anything from the first conference. Quali will set the scene.

Didn’t have a problem with it for testing?

How many people watched testing compared to how many will watch the 1st race? As I said I wouldn't read much into anything till we have official statement. I guess if we find out he's not on a plane to Bahrain in next two days before any announcement then that will give it away.
