Cleared by an independent investigation, but never enough for some. It's fine to hate Horner, but you can let this go.

Its all very one-sided as well; loads on social media against Horner etc.

Look at it the other way; what if it truly was a false accusation? Think about how he feels now he's been exonerated.

How would anyone on here feel if they had been wrongly accused?

I wasn't expecting him to be keeping his job to be honest, I thought that if the allegations were serious enough that in itself would be enough for RB to sack him (given there seems to be a lot of rumour about RB Austria wanting him out - although maybe that's rubbish too)

There was obviously a lot of guff spread around at the beginning too. I.e. the whole thing about little Horner being sent about the place. IF that was true, I doubt they’d have been able to cover that up/ignore it… It’s starting to feel like Horner is probably a ball buster with an aggressive work attitude which rubbed this person up the wrong way/was incompatible with them.

Im not saying it’s right or wrong but people who ascend to these positions in corporations/competitive fields generally don’t get there by hugging people and giving them flowers. :o

However, I still don’t think this is all over and done with yet.

Social media in is social media shocker.

I think Red Bull have handled this all fairly badly, from the lawyer going on holiday to the lack of transparency. They're obviously not going to release the full findings, but they haven't even confirmed or denied any particular claim against him, or made any real comment at all on what was found. That's always going to leave it to fester. I would have thought a statement along the lines of "Allegations of bullying behaviour were made against Christian Horner, after interviewing him and other members of staff present at the time, an investigation by respected outside agent X has concluded that no actions outside the bounds of acceptable behaviour have occurred. All employees are reminded of the need to treat others with respect at all times. Red Bull is an equal opport... blah blah blah". Just anything more than "something happened, we chose someone to investigate, they said nothing happened. Trust us, bros".

Few bosses obviously made comments regarding the lack of transparency, so as said above it won't be going away any time soon, but will no doubt be twisted and turned as to this is one team boss leading the argument :D

They did, however they also have a agenda whereby they'll use every tool in the book to unsettle rival teams.
They can make whatever comments they like however they are not the ones that need to be satisfied due process has been followed.
Storm and teacups spring to mind...

I'm sure someone will upload it for us plebs to read shortly.

Also, since when have journo's waited for conformation before uploading anything in the past? ;)

Someone in the replies to Joe Saward's tweet said that this smacks of a power struggle inside Red Bull. If so then this probably isn't anywhere near their last move in trying to oust Horner.

Struggling not to giggle at it all :)
