Well if it's been sent to that many people, someone will leak it publicly very soon.

It's says photos and WhatsApp messages...let's hope they aren't of Horner's horn :p

Yes but the evidence may have "name redacted" all over it, or a replacement like Jon Doe used throughout documentation. So the name may be well protected still.
 
To be fair I've just seen a name mentioned for the member of staff and searching for them checks out pretty well; I won't name them obviously though.
No idea if that's the name in messages, etc though
 
If this has leaked it would go against the narrative that some suggested where the accuser was paid off. It would seem they got nothing, or weren't happy with the outcome and have now decided to go public with all their evidence of any perceived wrong-doing.

Just search for Christian Horner and you'll find what's being shared - no idea if its "the" messages though - but seems a bit quick for it to have been faked.
I'll also say if it is real then the photo is nothing worse than his face

I've seen some of it. Could easily be faked, but in any case nothing there is a gotcha, but if true his wife probably wouldn't be happy at some of it.

I'm thinking that myself tbh, if its real and if this is the most incriminating stuff (and looking at the file number's I'd say there's stuff missing) then I don't see the big deal. then of what I've seen it looks like two consenting adults messaging; Geri might have something to say about it though!

I think the same thing. From what I've seen, it looks like two consenting adults having an affair. If that's the case, I can see why RB cleared it of any wrong doing.

However if the woman involved felt she was coerced into a relationship, that's something different entirely.
 
I think i've found the same thing and it just looks like flirting with an employee (who is replying in kind) from that limited snapshot of the file previews - probably not a great idea in his position (as a TP and as a married guy) but not really 'lock him up' material. Maybe some of the other files get a bit more "we should stop" 'no come to my room' in tone but if not, I can see why this would have been brushed aside as not having really done anything wrong as far as Red Bull are concerned.
