Mountain Biking

Anyone else found the world of suspension setup to be a black art? over the many years i've found myself playing about with the settings with a vague idea of what the dials mean and a rough idea of the effect they will have on the ride characteristics, and just deciding yeah that feels about right, then leaving it at that, ive also spent weeks chasing a setup to make me feel comfortable of the bike.
well i've been following this for a while now, and its right down my ally, a device to actually quantify and suggest my ideal suspension setup for me.

as soon as i first read into this it seemed like a no brainer for me, might use it a couple of times a year for peace of mind sake but i'm all for it.

GT Bicycles and Atherton Racing Part Ways

In 2012, GT Bicycles Factory Racing partnered with Atherton Racing. It’s been an incredible four years with the whole team. Together with the GT Product Team, GT Factory Racing developed world class products that have been proven on the world stage.

The results speak for themselves. With over 50 World Cup podiums, 3 World Championships, and 3 World Cup overall titles, the team proved that the partnership between GT Bicycles and Atherton Racing was unstoppable.

Don't think they will be bothered about losing Gee/Dan but losing Rachel will be a blow to GT.

Trek seems to be a big rumour

Was unstopable but you get the feeling they have all 3 athertons on the team, Dan has been injured for the last 12/18 months and seems more focused on Hardlines/Red Bull etc than GT.

You got to say whilst Gee can still produce - he's not the dominate force he was a couple of years ago. So it basically leaves Rachel as the headliner.

Paying for all 3 on a team when only 1 is properly producing the results etc - sounds like the end of the road to me, basically money! Paying out for 3, getting results from 1.

yup. they come as a package, even since the Animal/Commencal days. That is a bit dated now, I don't see why they don't all just ride separately.
