Ive been looking at water cooling but i have no idea where to start lol, since im a noob at it, i think i woud only want to cool cpu.chipset, but i woudl want to be able to add say gpu and perhaps hd at a later date, my rig is in my sig any idea of what i should be looing for. i was thinking of purchacing a few parts each month, since wife has finaly seen how much this little lot has cost so far lol.

As i have siad i want a realy good pump/radiator, mobo chipset ect. ect, one i can possibly still use if i upgrade.

thanks guys

Lol interesting you still got the repack if so msn me if you use it. email in trust,
So guys need advice on my propsed water loop please.

My proposed Loop

So output from Res to the input of the Pump, then the output of the Pump to the input of the Rad, the output of the Rad to the input of the Cpu waterblock The output of the Cpu waterblock to the input of the Northbridge waterblock, the output of the Northbridge waterblock to the input of the water Res.

The mosfet doesnt need to be in the loop as its going to be cooled by heatsinks.
As normal comments always welcome

so is that corect guys

Loop seems fine to me. Though i wouldn't bother with northbridge cooling as it adds restriction onto the loop.. thought it won't be a noticable difference in temps... then again i can't talk... i like to cool everything

Edit: added you mate, online now :)

well guys guess what im playing with ??

Ok next bunch....

Fans installed in the rear, and the fan grills on.

DSCN0464.jpg

I love those sharkoon fans they look the biz.

DSCN0460.jpg

Spot the mistake, well two realy, first i installed the fans without the hd racks, then i realised you had to install one fan with the hd rack, then install the actual jds, then install the next. Oh well isnt this what makes pc building fun........
my fingers say otherwise.

DSCN0462.jpg

Not sure if i like the fan grills though, there realy big, and sightly overlap.

Ok next time to fit the rad.

Top view of the rad.
I know you have seen the rads before but this is all new to me.

Only had the case less than a day look at all of the finger prints ect on it, and its starting to collect dust already. hmmz gonna have to think of something to do with at.

Those with a keen wyw will spot i have spiral wrapped the 3 front fan cables together and also the front pannel conectors, looks a lot better now

A waste of time , lol way to thin to be of any real good especialy as i was putting lighting underneath it.

Anyhow, becuase of the external internal lighting was that rite lol anyhow, i needed to get a way of getting power to them and also change the normal switch to something a lot better.

So to solve the external power problem i have got one of these on order..

backy.jpg

And to solve the switch problem i have got 4 of these on order, wich i will install in the front two each side of the power/reset buttons. If anybody has a better idea please let me know.

Well Thats it for now i have yet again ordered some more bits some more uk cathodes some more blue internal cathodes, since the pannels on my case are uv blue,(not that i ordered them) but im not complaining i got the case now wich is the main part. so any sugestions comments, woudl be greatfull.

Looks really good. Don't think the fan grills go very well though imo, i would have gone with ac ryan black wire grills for a more cleaner look. But if thats your thing and you like it then thats not a problem!
