Move away from DPD, they're dragging you down

Well, as far as I'm concerned DPD are rubbish. Was looking forward to getting my MSI 7970 Lighting today - yes I did pay for Saturday delivery as well - DPD say they haven't received it, OcUK say they have ?

Was looking forward to having it this weekend too.

You should post in the Customer Service section of the forum if you want assistance in sorting this out.
 
Only issue I have is, they always come to mine last, considering it's 20 minutes drive from their warehouse I don't see why, but I guess longer routes first as per with most delivery company's.

Can live with it tho, since they're always on-date and never had issues.

DPD will more than likely be close to Ocuk an not your location as they have "42 depot locations " an Ocuk is based in Stoke on Trent.

An your in Edinburgh ;)

I live 5 mins from Ocuk an all of my drops have been after 17.30 at night.

The only problem i've had with DPD was last week they posted one of my orders to a totally different street and house number.

Lucky for me i knew the person they delivered to,but these things happen.
 
Just be thankful it's not Yodel.

Then you would have problems.

Sometimes I think there is a bunch of Yodel drivers somewhere in the country, with eye patches, wooden legs, and parrotts on their shoulders, rubbing their hands in glee at their booty...

5mins in car, which i do most of the time.

I work shifts including week ends so collection doesn't always work for me.

An have you ever been to the shop? trust me there's nothing there to look at.

Its like Mac'Donald's you go to the till an tell em what you want thats it lol, nice an fast.

5UB is the only reason I've started ordering from here again. I must say, the guy appears to have single handedly made a massive difference to the company.
