I was there after end game. It was the perfect time to stop for a few years. Not a character I’m remotely interested in. Unless it’s something with the original avengers cast or spider man I can wait for it to hit Disney plus if it’s a film.

I am not interested in whatever new avengers they throw together.

It’s a streaming show on Disney+. It says right there at the end of the trailer?
 
Not a character I know anything about. I'll give it an open mind at least there is no risk of them knackering a character I already like to shoehorn in other ones. If she accidentally kills Captain Marvel in a permanent irrevocable way I'd be definitely inclined to watch.
 
The actress gives me "young hailee steinfeld" vibes when talking to her teacher. I know less that zero about this superhero but yet another "coming of age story with a young misfit girl finding her path" doesn't interest me that much. I liked the music though, does that mean I'm still hip to the hop and down wit de kids innit blud etc?

Nah, it's just a really good song :) plus it's more synthwavey so 80s sounding
 
So they changed her powers? Changed how she gets those powers ... il pass.

OG comic run was average at best, way too overhyped as no doubt this show will be. I dont really think Disney have made a great TV series since they started this charade.

Wandavision got good about four episodes in, I enjoyed Hawkeye too. The others were a bit hit and miss.

Tend to agree, Loki and WandaVision were enjoyable but neither great. The netflix series were much better despite going off the boil towards the end, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, The Punisher, and even Luke Cage for a bit were much better than anything that's hit Disney+ so far.
 
Meh, I'll probably pass; but really, even as a big Marvel/DC/comics fan, I don't think this is targeted for me and it's aimed at a different audience.

She's too different to the comics; now she seems Tesco-value Green Lantern. The actress seems good but I don't like the story that the trailer shows off, which comes across like a generic coming-of-age story with Marvel injected into it. I like the cultural aspect for superheroes in any media, but I just hope it doesn't do what I felt Black Panther did where they spend too much time on the cultural side, to the point of pandering, that they forget to make it about superheroes.
