MSI GTX780 Lightning due 07/08/13

:p

Well, while we wait for the 7th, EVGA have announced the final specs of the classified, confirming it DOES come with an EVBOT port (post by evga_jacob on the EVGA forums)

http://www.evga.com/products/pdf/03G-P4-3788.pdf

1046mhz boost at stock. $700 price tag. 14+3 phase vrm.

Are MSI going to do better on all the above?

1150mhz boost stock, £600 & a 20+4 phase vrm would be nice ;)

When are these due? EVGA classified I mean.

In the states, any time now and in very limited quantities, in Europe? Pass, Europe tends to be an after thought for EVGA when it comes to the very top end gear

Spot on mate. In what other line of work could you say to customers,.here have this product as an after thought, late, and if you must have it we want more money for it.....take it or leave it suckers!

Ek just posted this on face book, its for a 780 but does not say which, cant be for the lightning, can it?? Only got 8 and 6 pin?? But the design looks very similar to the 7970 ltg block albiet plexi

Stocks are usually pretty good on lightnings, especially as ocuk take as much as they can from msi.

Chips are binned for the cold.

Pricing, I wouldn't expect more then £650, lightnings usually sit ~£70-100 above reference

If they over £650 then they are defo over my budget I know OCUK are usually a bit pricey compare to most places but i just couldnt justify that. I have seen the twin frozr's for £550 elsewhere so I will just go down that route if needs be.
