I don't think so after a bit of googling. What actually is the bug? I can say I've noticed any difference really with all the different bios' with my 5600xIs the Agesa 1.2.0.5+ EDC bug fixed?
SpookyNot sure about 5600X (or other cpus as EDC may be different), but on 5900X since AGESA 1.2.0.5 EDC is limited to 140. If you set EDC higher than 140 then boost voltage is throttled and max clocks suffer.
Btw @SpudMaster, our join dates and post counts are weirdly similar
I bought this shortly after it came out and have a 8 core 3 series ryzen in it.
Whats the sweet point at this time for upgrading the CPU, that won't break the bank and the mobo is compatible with ?
5600g/5700g in you need intergrated graphics, the 5700x if you don't. These chips offer great value for money/performanceI bought this shortly after it came out and have a 8 core 3 series ryzen in it.

Thanks! Can I ask though, did you completely strip your rig bare before you did that? - and is the flash led on the bios button meant to be white on this board? There's a lot of MSI boards that tell you to look for the red led.You tried following one of the BIOS flashback guides? Got to do it to the letter.
I used this guide before.
