Ok my E drive (second hard drive) won't open now, it says

"The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error"

plugged all your disks back into the same sata ports ?

Is it plugged in properly? If the power or data cable isn't plugged in (to the HDD or board) this can happen

Triple checked one felt a little loose and then I checked the bios, apparently it had removed itself from bios settings so edited that and now it’s happy! Woooooo!

it was happy I think it has broken my hdd.

C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk E: /f /x /r
The type of the file system is RAW.
CHKDSK is not available for RAW drives.

Just seen your pics, that top silent wing. Move it to the front to give more negative pressure . At the moment looks like your running a lot of negative pressure which will sick dust in through unfiltered gaps
